Service Provider and Web Store Operator
Yamuna Finland Oy is the official online store for Yamuna® products in Finland and Europe. Yamuna Finland Oy, Business ID 3010203-2.
Service User
The user of the service is called the customer. These terms of delivery apply to all customers, whether they are consumer customers, corporate customers or directors who have completed Yamuna® instructor training. The client must be of legal age. For more information on customer data processing, see the Privacy Statement.
How to order
Products are ordered online by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and be bound by the applicable terms and conditions.
Prices
The normal price and the price of a certified Yamuna® instructor are displayed at check-in at Yamuna Finland. To place an order you will need to register and log in to the online store with your username. Products at the instructor price can be ordered by certified Yamuna Body Rolling Instructors with their own code. Instructor information should be found at www.yamunausa.com and I can order the code at pirre@yamuanfinland.com.
The prices of products ordered in the e-commerce shop are VAT 0% and 25,5% VAT is added to the products according to the Finnish VAT rate. Prices do not include shipping.
Consumer and Corporate customers may order up to six (6) different Yamuna® balls each during the year. Certified Yamuna® instructors are eligible for instructor orders through training.
Conversely, the prices of training courses, courses and workshops sold at the web shop include VAT (10% or 25,5%).
Yamuna Finland reserves the right to adjust prices if they are improperly displayed for technical reasons.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Payment options
Paytrail Plc Payment Transmission Service will forward your payment to Yamuna Finland Oy. Your bank statement or credit card bill will show Paytrail Plc (formerly Checkout Finland Oy) as the payee.
Bank Payment
You have access to payment buttons at all Finnish banks. You can pay with Akita, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, My Savings Bank, Cooperative Bank, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S Bank and Ålandsbanken payment buttons. The online shop will direct you directly to your bank to make the payment securely. When using the Payment Order Service, you are bound by the following terms and conditions: Payment Order Terms.
Credit Card Payment
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express. The e-commerce services include Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey. Card payments are made using a secure payment form and the payment card details are not stored in the e-commerce systems.
Mobile Payment
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass, and Transfer are application-based services that allow you to pay for online purchases by wire transfer from your account or card payment by accepting payment in that application. In addition, Pivo succeeds with Transfer Transfers, which can be accepted by any application that supports Transfers.
Invoicing and installment services
Invoice and installment services through Paytrail are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and Mash (formerly Euroloan). Collector also offers invoice and installment options to corporate customers. Please read the specific terms and conditions of the finance company that you will see when you accept the payment. By accepting the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the finance company.

Delivery
The store sells and delivers products to all European countries. E-commerce does not sell or ship products outside Europe.
The webshop has an agreement with Shipfunk Logistics Service, which delivers shipments in Finland easily and quickly using the delivery methods of Post, DB Schenker and Matkahuolto. Inbound shipments are found by GLS, DHL, and UPS. See the shipping and payment selection page for shipping costs for your order.
If your order contains more than one product or there are differences in the availability of the products, Yamuna Finland may ship the ordered products in more than one lot.
Limited sales of Yamuna® products are also provided by Yamuna Finland Oy at training, course and workshop events at no charge for shipping.
Order Confirmations
After accepting and paying for the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation on the screen. The customer will also receive an email notifying them of the order processing and a receipt. If you do not receive the email, please contact customer service.

Delivery time depends on availability of ordered products. Delivery time is usually 5-14 business days.

Return and exchange
Customers of Yamuna Finland Oy’s online store have the right, under the Consumer Protection Act, to cancel any or all of their orders within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. For refunds, please contact Yamuna Finland Oy Customer Service at +358 45 130 7509 or email pirre@yamunafinland.com.
Failure to collect an order is not sufficient to cancel the order. The cost of the return is paid by the customer. Returns can be made to the address below:

The cancellation of an order and the return of the product are subject to the condition that the product is in the same condition as when it was received and that the product is returned promptly. The return must be accompanied by the consignment included in the shipment, together with a receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return.
Complaint (wrong product, wrong product quantity, defective product) will work as with the right of return. The wrong product is subject to the right of exchange. As a rule, a defective product is replaced by a replacement product. If this is not possible, it may be a reduction in price or a trade break.
If the package is damaged in transit and if the ordered product (s) is damaged as well, report the damage immediately to the pick-up point. Then contact our customer service.
If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Dispute Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisers’ Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi)
Canceling an order
The customer may cancel his order if the delivery has not been made within the time specified by the online shop. Cancellation of the order should be notified to Yamuna Finland Oy customer service by e-mail pirre@yamunafinland.com. The customer will be notified immediately by e-mail in case of significant changes in the delivery time.
Yamuna Finland reserves the right to cancel an order if the ordered product is sold out or if there are other insurmountable difficulties with its availability.

Yamuna Finland Oy shall not be liable for any delay caused by force majeure, nor for indirect damage caused by the faulty condition or delayed delivery of the products.
